GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Tour price includes transportation, accommodations, baggage handling (one tagged bag per person), guide service, basic travel insurance, admissions as indicated and some meals. Gratuities for driver and escort ARE NOT included in the tour price.
2. DEPOSITS of $100.00 per person per tour plus the insurance premium are due when you make your reservation. FULL PAYMENT for each tour and day trip is due in our office forty-five (45) days prior to departure date, unless otherwise notified. SOME TOURS MAY REQUIRE A LARGER DEPOSIT due to the upfront cost to us.
3. Individual itineraries for each multi-day tour will be mailed to you approximately 6-8 weeks prior to departure.
4. New in 2010 was our travel insurance, which is included in the price of your tour. We no longer issue refunds if you cancel a tour less than 45 days before the departure date. To receive a refund after that date, you will simply submit a claim to the insurance company for their approval.
5. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is a 3% convenience charge for this service.
6. ALL suitcases & bags MUST have a name on them. One large suitcase and one small overnight bag are allowed per person on each tour.
7. All tours use rest room equipped, heated, air conditioned, luxury motor coaches and multi-day tours are fully escorted by our tour director.
8. To make reservations, contact our office at 815-772-2232 or 800-829-2130, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill the vacancy.
TRAVEL TO CANADA, MEXICO – you must obtain a passport, passport card, or some means of ID. Start soon to receive in time. Check out www.GetYouHome.gov.
